SAE International Vehicle Battery Summit

Lithium-ion battery technology for use in hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles is maturing and will play a key role in the growth of electric drive vehicle sales. But how quickly is this technology progressing, and perhaps more importantly, what storage design will guarantee reliability and safety while providing the best cost-performance trade off?

The Summit is chaired by esteemed battery market authority Dr. Menahem Anderman and features the world's foremost scientists and businessmen in the battery, automotive, and utility industries. It is designed to inform corporate-level engineering and business decision makers with an assessment of current and near term li-ion battery system alternatives and capabilities in Europe, Taiwan, Korea, the U.S., and in particular China, as well as provide critical marketplace and supply chain information.
